Intro to Jiu Jitsu: This class is perfect for beginner students new to the art who may feel intimidated to jump straight into a regular fundamental class. This class is longer than a regular class and has little to no sparring.
Fundamentals: This class focuses on the fundamental techniques, movements, and positions of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It gives you a solid foundation that you can later build on with more advanced techniques. Geared towards beginners and anyone who wants to work on their basics. Ages 13+. Usually a half hour of technique followed by half hour of rolling.
Advanced: This class will be faster paced with more difficult techniques. Roll with higher level training partners and get exposed to some of the more advanced positions. Limited access to those with two stripe white belts and above.
Masters Training BJJ: This class will be in the Gi and is geared towards the older BJJ player consisting of technique work, drilling and light rolling. Recommended for anyone 40 years old and up.
Competition Class: This class uses the rule sets of upcoming competitions (e.g. International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation, submission only events, etc.). As different competitions come up we will switch between GI and NO GI. If you are unsure of what competitions are coming up, bring both.
Open Mat: No techniques are taught at this class. Warm-up followed by free rolling (sparring).
Experienced Kids BJJ: A fun way to build confidence and make friends. This class is for kids with some experience already in BJJ. Suitable for kids ages 6-15 years old.

Fundamental Kids: For new students to learn how to train in the Kids classes! Suitable for kids ages 6-13 yo.
Gi: Students in this class train wearing a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gi / kimono. This allows for the practice of various holds and submissions. Warm-up followed by drills and techniques. Free rolling (sparring) takes place at the end of class.
No Gi: Training with shorts / athletic pants and a rash guard / t-shirt. Warm-up followed by drills and techniques. Free rolling (sparring) takes place at the end of class. Suitable for all skill levels. (No buttons or zippers exposed on No Gi apparel for safety)
