Fundamentals 2: Building on the basic movements and positions, this class is for begginers taking a closer look at the little details of the basic positions, as well as to get a chance to do more live rolling. One stripe white belts and above required to attend.
Intermediate: Bridging the gap between Fundamental 2 and advanced, this class will expose our less experienced practitioners to higher level training partners and to some of the more advanced positions. Recommended two stripe white belts and above.
